COILHOSE WARRANTY

Coilhose Pneumatics (Coilhose) warrants to its distributors that Coilhose will repair or replace, free of charges, including return shipping costs within the Continental United States of America, any such product which under normal use and service proves defective in material or workmanship, as determined by Coilhose inspection. Products are covered for one year from the date of purchase from Coilhose, and the product must be promptly returned to the Coilhose factory according to our returned goods policy with transportation charges prepaid.
If Coilhose inspection discloses no defect in material or workmanship, repair or replacement and return will be made at customary charges.
The foregoing warranty supersedes, voids and is in lieu of all or any other warranties, express or implied, and no warranty or merchantability or fitness for particular purpose is intended or made. Coilhose's sole obligation, and the original use purchaser's sole remedy is as stated above and in no event shall Coilhose be liable for any special, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or other damages or expense of any nature, including, without limitation, loss of profits or production time incurred by the original user purchaser or any other party.

PRICES

Prices are subject to change without notice. All orders will be processed at prices in effect at the time of shipment.

MINIMUM ORDER

Minimum order is 50.00 USD Net.

DROP SHIP POLICY

Coilhose charges 9.95 USD for each drop-shipped shipment.

TERMS

1% 10 NET 30 days on approved credit.

TRANSPORTATION

All shipments are F.O.B. East Brunswick, New Jersey or McMinnville, Oregon.

RETURN GOODS POLICY

No merchandise may be returned without prior written approval from Coilhose Pneumatics. Only part numbers and quantities shown on the approval documentation will be accepted for credit. A 15% restocking/handling charge will be assessed on all returned goods. Any merchandise returned in damaged or shelf-worn condition will be returned to the customer or be restored to saleable condition and an additional 10% repackaging charge may be assessed.

DISPLAY PACKAGED ITEMS

A minimum quantity of five must be ordered for display packaged items. This minimum does not apply to items with an asterisk (*) at the beginning of the item description.
